Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and nutar ("nutar", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nutar.cam ("Platform").

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Security

3.2 Account Sharing

Providing false or misleading information—including but not limited to false age declarations, fraudulent identification documents, or incorrect payment details—constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nutar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), Credit Cards, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at nutar's discretion.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 4.3 Withdrawals

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6.1 Game Availability

nutar's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your nutar account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by nutar

nutar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nutar determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if account closure is required by law or regulatory directive.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited. nutar is not liable to you for any termination of your account carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to nutar's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of disputes not resolved through the above process.

Amendments

nutar reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the nutar Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
